A:

1. Start the game platform that you are interested in (for example Condition Zero).
2. Connect to any server.
3. Bring down the console (~ key , key to the left of key 1)
4.Type "status" and press enter.
5. You will see a list of names and STEAM-ID for everyone in the server.
6. If you're not sure which part is the STEAM ID (usually it's the one starting with STEAM_) - copy the entire string.
