UPDATE FOR AFNATION

garry's mod , insurgency , and killing floor have been dropped. The NY box has been dropped. We now have servers in All four counter strikes only. that's how it'll remain for now.


We Will work on just cs and get each server full and going.

Recruitment for staff and for element members is now reopen. Again , cs divisions only.

We have decided to transfer all servers to the chicago location and cancel all other locations. the insurgency server is gone. and 1 cs go server is gone. all other servers will be kept and have new ips.


we will have

2 cs 1.6 servers
2 cs cz servers
1 css server
1 cs go server
and for now the garry's mod - murder - will stay up.

the 1.6 server names will be changed to show the new ips within the next 2 weeks.

This is the last warning. i don't care if your monthly admin , or lifetime admin. the next admin that bans a steamer without emailing the demo to banned@afnation.com will have their admin removed. im tired of asking and searching for demos. its an extremely easy rule to follow. demo and email it. literally takes a matter of minutes. A few minutes to demo , then seconds to send.

To add yet another layer of security , i have finally gone thru the admin database , and any Admin who has an id that can be spoofed (any Steam ID starting with "STEAM_0:0") , i have added a password to your admin account. It is a simple fix. Message me on steam , or here on the forums , and i will give you The whole line , and your assigned password to copy and then paste into your config.cfg to be able to connect to the 1.6 and cz servers and also use your admin.

Now , if someone tries to spoof your Steam id , they wont be able to enter the server without having your password. all the passwords are random. they only work with your steam id.

AFNation is what kept me going when it came to playing cs.
As you all know , im not a big gamer. AFNation made me stay and play cs ,
instead of giving up like i did with all the other gaming systems and games out there.
Games bore me. However , AFNation was THE BEST and is Home.
I Have Been allowed to bring it back and make it our home.

This in itself will make everything so much better.
